I've been nearby when another child has said unkind things to mine and I know the look. A child that's open and loving like that is just completely shocked when another child acts inappropriately or unkind. Push. Push and pull, life is great for that. I've never thought of it that way though and you're right. If everyone else can push us, why can't we push ourselves? You see beyond the evident dear friend. Oh… that’s so sad.
