I’m writing this with sadness in my heart, my bones, my very breath. One of our fellow mom bloggers is living every parents worst nightmare and there is nothing anyone can do to wake her up. Yesterday Shellie Ross’s (@military_mom on twitter) 2.5 year old son drowned in her backyard pool.
Her little boy was the same age as my Little H. If I lost her I don’t know how I’d carry on. When I heard the news…, I really wish I could write more for her – not that it would help. But I can’t, there are no words within me to describe how I hurt for this mother and her lost her baby. When and if she’s strong enough to view them I hope she’ll know how many people her story has touched.
