Positively Pretty Pendants

In and amongst the chaos that is a home for sale, I’ve been turning to a guilty pleasure for some relaxation – browsing home decor sites. Something that’s caught my interest is lighting because I think it’s an inexpensive way to put your stamp on your home. Especially if you get in there and DIY! I came across a few gems in my travels and had to share. Hope you like em!

Above: learn how to custom cover some pendant shades at Tatertots & Jello.  I think they are adorable and look quite high end.

Above: Pleasant Pots from Boots N Gus on Etsy.  Buckets of Cute tutorial from the Hand Made Home and High Strung Hemp tutorial from CraftyNest.

I also love the vintage cage lights above and there’s a great tutorial for making them on the cheap at GrassRootsModern.  Oh and let’s not forget the Mason Jar Chandelier tutorial I showcased last year!  There you go – loads of inspiration for making your home bright and beautiful!

  1. I have a friend who made the cage lights herself. I’ve loved them always. So rustic.
