Sabra Salsa Focaccia Bread

Serves: 10
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • ½ cup light buckwheat flour
  • ¼ cup potato starch
  • ¼ cup tapioca starch
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp oil (I used coconut oil)
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup salsa
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Mix all the dry ingredients and stir with a fork to get the lumps out.
  4. Add the water and salsa and stir well until batter is smooth and salsa is mixed through.
  5. Pour batter onto prepared cookie sheet and smooth out into an oval about 8" long and 6" wide.
  6. Sprinkle cheddar over the top
  7. Bake 20 min or until slightly browned around the edges
