The kids love doing crafts and they love decorating for special holidays like Easter. I am not really one to do seasonal decorating though. It’s not so much the decorating that I don’t like….it’s the un-decorating and packing things in a box and storing it for next year that I just don’t feel the need for in my life. I do it for Christmas but that’s pretty much where I draw my line. Really though, who am I to stand in the way of their childhood holiday glee? Right? They should be able to decorate I suppose.
I do, however, like wasting time on the computer….I do oh so much. I thought it would be fun to make a little printable for them (and for you!) where they could glue on some pom poms and make these little bunny bums to hang on the wall. Let me tell you. They were THRILLED. They got their craft and their decorations and I get the simplicity of tossing it in the recycle bin once the holiday is over. I figured you’d enjoy this too so download it and share it with your kids.
Instructions:
I’m offering my printables free as a thank you.
2) Print and cut out the bunting triangles
3) Get your kids to glue some pom poms on the bunny bums with a simple glue stick
4) Hang it up. I used mini clothes pins to secure it on a string but you could glue it on some pretty ribbon if you wanted or just staple it all together and tape it somewhere. This is supposed to be easy – no need to get complicated or anything.
Even my 3 year old could do this unassisted. It’s something ANYONE can do. Heck, if you don’t want to shop for pom poms you could even make this and hang it without them. I think pom poms add a cute touch of fuzz personally so I picked some up special for this project but you don’t have to.
There you go! An easy peasy Easter bunny bunting printable craft. Say that 5 times fast 😉

Since our “baby” has flown the coop, I do nothing for Easter… really, if I am going to be 100% honest, I usually didn’t do too much for Easter, even when he was home. BUT, this bunting is adorable and so do-able! Off to pin! Congrats on being blogger of the week! xo
